Richard Schmidt

Rick has been practicing law in Iowa for 27 years. His primary area of practice has been in representing injured workers throughout Iowa. He also handles personal injury claims as well. He has tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict. He believes that Iowa’s current anti-worker climate requires a knowledgeable and aggressive attorney to help injured Iowans. Rick is a graduate of Des Moines East High, Iowa State University, and Drake University. He lives in the Des Moines area with his wife and their five dogs. Rick and his wife enjoy traveling, and supporting Iowa State athletics.
